    Exhibitors

Some people just want to share their joy in our nerdy hobbies. Spend some time with our exhibitors:

There’s more information on the Exhibitor’s Page, and (of course) during Nuke-Con’s weekend.

Featured Game: Mind’s Eye Theatre LARP

There’s roll-playing (you know, where the dice run the story) and then there’s role-playing. The ultimate in role-playing is the Live Action kind. The kind you’ll find with Omaha Underworld: Wild West.

Omaha Underworld is a local troupe looking to share this amazing hobby. No boffer swords here, this is a theatre LARP. No experience or dice necessary. Setting is The Old West, Omaha is a Boomtown and the supernatural werewolves and vampires of Omaha are meeting to parley. Costumes highly encouraged. There will be instruction provided and you can email the storyteller at spanishtoreador@gmail.com.

    Wanna run your own game?

    Staffer Steve checking in…

I was just looking over this year’s Nuke-Con game schedule, and I’m happy to say that there’s more than 250 scheduled games! Board Games, Role-Playing Games, Card Games, Miniatures, Party Games, and more!

More importantly, most of them still have seats available to reserve, and on behalf of all the Nuke-Con staff, I encourage you to poke around the schedule for yourself and sign up for some games!

You can search for the kind of games you enjoy by using the various scroll down categories, or by simply going down the list of events and clicking on the ones that sound interesting.

So, what are ya waiting for? Simply log into your account, visit the schedule (click the link below), and choose the events you want to play and reserve your seat at one or more of the many game events! Even if all the seats to a particular game event are taken, you can always get on the waiting list in case a player has to drop out.

Side note: If you’re not finding a particular game that’s to your liking, then why not host or run some game events yourself? There’s still time to submit your game events into the schedule

  • Charity Raffle for Extra Life

    Charity Raffle for Extra Life

Nuke-Con is partnering with Extra Life again! Proceeds from all the Extra Life events go to Children’s Nebraska Foundation.

There will be many chances to be a part of this wonderful cause. Events in 2024 will include board games run by Adam and Nicole Vraspir, midway games at the Extra Life booth, and — the big one — the Charity Raffle.

Buy raffle tickets at the Extra Life booth for $1 each (or get the bulk price 6 tickets for $5). We’ll have a number of different raffle packages; you choose where your tickets go. We’ll draw all a winner for each package on Sunday at noon and we ask that winners pick up their packages by convention close at 6 pm.

If you’d like to donate a prize for the raffle, please contact Norajane or Nicole. We so much appreciate your generous donations and continued support.
