    The War Room at Nuke-Con: A New Front for Your Tabletop Warfare

    This year, Nuke-Con is launching a new play area for fans of tactics, terrain, and tabletop firepower – a dedicated zone for tabletop and miniature wargaming known as:

    The War Room

    Whether you’re a seasoned commander or a curious newcomer, this is your call to arms. The War Room adds a whole new dimension to Nuke-Con’s already diverse lineup of tabletop experiences.

    For 2025, The War Room will be proudly hosted by the Omaha Beach Wargaming Club (OBWC), OBWC will feature a wide array of historical and fantasy miniature games, including:

    • What A Tanker! – Dominate the battlefield one turret at a time.
    • Fly! Fight! Win! – Take to the skies in thrilling dogfights.
    • Commands & Colors – Command ancient armies in fast-paced, card-driven warfare.
    • Oathmark: Lord of the Rings -Epic fantasy battles in Middle-earth.
    • …and more.

    GM sign-ups are open now, and slots are filling fast! Nuke-Con is actively recruiting Game Masters to help bring The War Room to life. If you’ve got a scenario you’re itching to run or a ruleset you’re passionate about, this is your moment. Schedule it into the arena here.
